This first episode is nothing huge, it is just an introduction to me and what you should be able to expect from the Sayre to Weatherford Voice podcast.
How do I want to do the format of the show?
My big dream is to turn this show into a 3-hour show where the first hour is Local news.
The second hour is an interview or two.
The Third hour is one of fun, and we just get to do a little cutting up and talking about western Oklahoma. Maybe talk about some of the businesses in the area and topics that are a bit light or important to you, the listeners. Will this happen? Don’t know, but I hope so and will work to get to it.
I will also be working on the website and making it a resource for folks to turn to and see what’s going on and information for new folks as they show up.
So what are some topics you would like to be talked about? It can be the good, the bad, or the indifferent. It matters to you, and I hope you will share with everyone. If you are worried about names,s I can change the name to protect the guilty. I have no problem with that. I don’t even have to share your name if you don’t want to.
So this is my way to say hello and welcome to the show. Welcome to your show, and I hope you make it as great a show as this section of Oklahoma is. So let’s start talking about Sayre, Elk City, Clinton, and Weatherford. Tell your friends, family, and heck, tell those you want to annoy cause we are truely all inclusive. We will talk about what you believe to be important.
